Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the services, applications, APIs, and websites (collectively, the "Service") provided by CraftX.
1. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
We provide powerful AI infrastructure. By using CraftX APIs, you agree that you will not use our platform for:
- Illegal Activity: Breaking any local laws or regulations within Bangladesh or internationally.
- Generation of Harmful Content: Engaging in hate speech, exploitation, non-consensual explicit material, or inciting violence.
- Abuse & Network Attacks: Attempting to DDoS the API, scrape the underlying models, circumvent token counting, or share your API keys publicly.
2. Payments and MFS Wallets
CraftX operates on a prepaid wallet model denominated in BDT.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your transaction IDs when recharging via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- Once a transaction is approved and credited to your wallet in tokens, it is generally non-refundable unless there was a systemic billing error.
- Using fraudulent numbers, chargeback manipulation, or stolen payment credentials will result in an immediate lifetime ban and reporting to local authorities.
3. Intellectual Property
We do not claim ownership of the prompts you send to the API, nor do we claim copyright over the output you receive. The completions are generated for your use in your respective applications. However, you acknowledge that outputs generated by ML models may not be unique across different API customers, and we make no claim to the copyrightability of machine-generated text.
4. Liability & Uptime SLA
We strive to maintain highly-available access to our API endpoint infrastructure (aiming for 99.9% uptime). However, our models rely on complex distributed infrastructure and upstream network routes.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties. CraftX, CoreCraft Solutions, and its partners are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or downtime affecting your downstream applications due to API latency or outages.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the CraftX API at any time, usually without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to our platform, other users, or third parties.
