Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the services, applications, APIs, and websites (collectively, the "Service") provided by CraftX.
1. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
We provide powerful AI infrastructure. By using CraftX APIs, you agree that you will not use our platform for:
- Illegal Activity: Breaking any local laws or regulations within Bangladesh or internationally.
- Generation of Harmful Content: Engaging in hate speech, exploitation, non-consensual explicit material, or inciting violence.
- Abuse & Network Attacks: Attempting to DDoS the API, scrape the underlying models, circumvent token counting, or share your API keys publicly.
2. Payments and MFS Wallets
CraftX operates on a prepaid wallet model denominated in BDT.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your transaction IDs when recharging via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- Once a transaction is approved and credited to your wallet in tokens, it is generally non-refundable unless there was a systemic billing error.
- Using fraudulent numbers, chargeback manipulation, or stolen payment credentials will result in an immediate lifetime ban and reporting to local authorities.
3. Intellectual Property
We do not claim ownership of the prompts you send to the API, nor do we claim copyright over the output you receive. The completions are generated for your use in your respective applications. However, you acknowledge that outputs generated by ML models may not be unique across different API customers, and we make no claim to the copyrightability of machine-generated text.
4. Service Availability & Unplanned Downtime
We are committed to keeping CraftX available and reliable at all times. We design and maintain our infrastructure with high availability in mind, and we genuinely expect service disruptions to be rare. However, we want to be fully transparent with you:
- Unplanned outages may occur. Despite our best efforts, the CraftX platform — including the API, CraftChat, and the web dashboard — may occasionally become unavailable due to unforeseen technical issues, infrastructure failures, or events outside our control.
- Upstream dependencies. CraftX relies on complex distributed infrastructure. Disruptions at the infrastructure level may temporarily affect model availability on our platform, even when our core systems are fully operational.
- No guaranteed uptime SLA for free or credit-based usage. While we target high availability, we do not offer a formal uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for users on pay-as-you-go credit plans.
- Credits are not deducted during downtime. You are only charged for requests that are successfully processed. Failed or timed-out requests due to platform issues will not consume your credits.
- We will communicate outages. In the event of a significant disruption, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users and restore service as quickly as possible.
By using CraftX, you acknowledge that temporary unavailability may occur and agree not to hold CraftX or CoreCraft Solutions liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such downtime. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the CraftX API at any time, usually without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to our platform, other users, or third parties.
