At CraftX, we fundamentally respect your privacy. Because our service acts as infrastructure for independent developers and businesses, we take data governance incredibly seriously. We don't want to snoop on your API prompts any more than you want us to.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect the absolute minimum information required to operate our service, provision API keys, and process your local payments:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and encrypted password.
- Financial Information: Transaction IDs and amounts deposited from local MFS providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). We do not store your PINs or full banking gateway details.
- Usage Data: API log records including request timestamps, model selection, token counts, and costs.
2. API Data & Prompt Privacy
We act as a conduit to enterprise AI models. Here is how your API payload (prompts, completions, and model context) is handled:
- Zero Training Policy: Neither CraftX nor our infrastructure partners use user-submitted prompts or completion outputs to train our foundational models. Your data remains yours.
- Data Retention: We do not log or store the actual payload content (prompts/responses) of your API requests on our servers permanently. Only metadata (token sizes, IP addresses, execution time) is logged for billing and abuse-prevention purposes.
3. How We Use Information
We use the data we collect solely to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Specifically, we use it to authenticate your login, calculate your wallet deductions based on token consumption, prevent fraud/DDoS, and send critical system alerts.
4. Data Sharing
We never sell your personal or billing information. We only share data with trusted third parties (like our cloud hosting providers and MFS payment verification gateways) to the strict extent necessary to operate the platform.
